• Baking bread and understanding the significance of bread in meals.

• Relationship of yeast In bread to Sin

Week 4: Fish and Loaves

• Cooking fish dishes and making small loaves.

• Learning about the miracle of Jesus feeding the multitude with fish and loaves.

Week 5: Nourishing the Temple

• Healthy cooking and the importance of taking care of our bodies.

• Connecting biblical teachings about the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.

• Students cook a healthy chicken and vegetable dinner.

Fuzion weightlifting course is going to teach students how to safely and effectively lift weights.  Students will learn the value of macro and micro nutrients. Most importantly they will understand that their bodies are a temple of the Lord as described in I Corinthians 6:19.
